The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything needed to prepare your own meals, including a cooktop, fridge, microwave, and essential utensils. There is also a dining table for enjoying meals or working.

The bathroom is spacious and features a bath, as well as a bidet, adding an extra touch of comfort. The studio layout is designed to make the most of every corner, ensuring all the necessary elements for a comfortable and pleasant stay are at your disposal.

Please note:

CHECK-IN: The keys are at our reception at Calle Carretería 43.
PAYMENT: When making the reservation, you must pay 30% of the total price. Four days before arrival, you will receive an email requesting the full payment of the reservation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: 150€ as a security deposit for possible unforeseen incidents caused by guests during their stay.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Check the cancellation policy in the next step, before formalizing the booking.
It is important to note that cleaning service is not included, and no changes of towels and sheets are made for stays of less than 7 nights. The accommodation provides clean sheets and one set of towels per person. If you wish to have additional towels during your stay, we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge (please check with the reception team upon arrival). For longer stays, we offer the following services:
- Stays from 8 to 12 nights: You will find additional bed linen and towels in your accommodation so you can change them according to your needs
- Stays of more than 13 nights: A cleaning team member will visit your accommodation once a week to change towels and sheets and keep your accommodation fresh and comfortable.

Conditions

For offers with flexible cancellation policies, cancellations can be made up to 5 days prior to arrival, any cancellation after this period will result in a penalty of NO refund of the 30% deposit charged at the time of booking.

For offers with non-refundable cancellation policy, date changes are not allowed and the cancellation of the reservation will have as penalty 100% of the stay.

For stays longer than one month, the cancellation policy is one month.
