This functional 45 m2 tourist apartment is equipped with all the amenities to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible.
It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a living-dining room, a kitchen with all appliances and utensils, and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment can accommodate 4 people, but it can be expanded to 4 adults and 2 children by using a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has air conditioning and heating in the living room and the main bedroom and has high-speed WIFI. It is located on the third floor, and the building does NOT have an elevator.
Pedregalejo is a fishing village on the east coast of Malaga. Its coastline, formed by coves and beaches of the Mediterranean Sea, is a great tourist attraction. Just 15 minutes by car, taxi, or public transport (the bus stop is less than 5 minutes away), you can visit the historic center of the capital and discover all the important points, museums, and historical monuments.

CANCELATION POLICY
Our cancelation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival
- Cancelations made after 4 days before arrival will have 100% charge of the total stay
If you need to modify your reservation, contact us and we will not hesitate to help you.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
Modification by the company
In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
