Welcome to our magnificent Victoria Center Apartment in Málaga, managed by the prestigious company Living4Malaga! Located on the vibrant Calle Victoria, right in the heart of the city, this charming accommodation is the perfect destination for those who want to experience the best that Málaga has to offer.

This two-bedroom apartment has been carefully designed to provide comfort and style to our guests. With a 150 queen-sized bed in the master bedroom and a 135 double bed in the second bedroom, it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, making it the ideal choice for couples, families, or groups of friends looking to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in this wonderful city.

Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by a bright and welcoming living room, decorated in a modern and minimalist style that stands out for its elegance and comfort. The large windows allow plenty of natural light to enter, offering views of the lively Calle Victoria. Thanks to its excellent insulation, the apartment ensures a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, guaranteeing a restful night’s sleep for our guests. The interior bedrooms also contribute to providing a serene and peaceful environment to enjoy a restful sleep after a day exploring the city.

The fully equipped kitchen is a perfect place to prepare delicious meals with fresh local products. With its modern and functional design, including wooden details that add a touch of warmth to the space, it invites guests to enjoy moments of togetherness and good food during their stay in Málaga. The bathroom, equipped with a shower, offers all the necessary amenities for our guests to feel at home.

In addition to the magnificent facilities of the apartment, its location is truly exceptional. Situated on the lively Calle Victoria, our guests will be surrounded by a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes, where they can enjoy delicious local cuisine and discover the charms of everyday life in Málaga. Just a 5-minute walk away is the historic center of Málaga, where guests can explore the city’s main attractions, including the Plaza de la Merced, where Picasso’s birthplace is located, one of the most influential artists of the 20th century.

Distribution:
One bedroom with a double bed 135cm, one bedroom with a double bed 150cm, one bathroom with a shower, a living-dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen.
 
Equipment:
Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, centralized air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and living room, free WiFi, and TV.

Please note:

  • CHECK-IN: The accommodation has an electronic lock. IMPORTANT: Access to the apartment is not possible before the check-in time (16:00).
  • PAYMENT: When making the reservation, you must pay 30% of the total price. Four days before arrival, you will receive an email requesting the full payment of the reservation.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: 150€ as a security deposit for possible unforeseen incidents caused by guests during their stay.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Check the cancellation policy in the next step, before formalizing the booking.
  • It is important to note that cleaning service is not included, and no changes of towels and sheets are made for stays of less than 7 nights. The accommodation provides clean sheets and one set of towels per person. If you wish to have additional towels during your stay, we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge (please check with the reception team upon arrival). For longer stays, we offer the following services:
    • Stays from 8 to 12 nights: You will find additional bed linen and towels in your accommodation so you can change them according to your needs
    • Stays of more than 13 nights: A cleaning team member will visit your accommodation once a week to change towels and sheets and keep your accommodation fresh and comfortable.

Conditions

For offers with flexible cancellation policies, cancellations can be made up to 5 days prior to arrival, any cancellation after this period will result in a penalty of NO refund of the 30% deposit charged at the time of booking.

For offers with non-refundable cancellation policy, date changes are not allowed and the cancellation of the reservation will be penalized with 100% of the stay.

For stays longer than one month, the cancellation policy is one month.
