The second bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed, ideal for two people, with a fresh and functional style. The apartment has two full bathrooms with shower, modern finishes and neutral tones that provide a spacious and comfortable feel. The living room is spacious and bright, decorated in a contemporary style, with a comfortable sofa and a dining area with a modern table and chairs, ideal both for relaxing and enjoying meals together. The kitchen is independent, practical and very well equipped, with all the necessary appliances such as oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge and washing machine, as well as everything you need for a complete stay. As an added value, the apartment includes a private parking space in the same building, which is very convenient if you are travelling by car. One of its main highlights is its location, as it is situated right next to Málaga Bus Station and María Zambrano Train Station, making it easy to move around the city and take trips to other destinations in Andalusia. In addition, Málaga’s Historic City Centre is only a 10–15 minute walk away, allowing you to easily reach emblematic places such as Calle Larios, the Cathedral, the Port or Muelle Uno. It is a perfect option for those who want to enjoy Málaga in total comfort, in a modern apartment, well connected and ready to make you feel at home from the very first moment.

IMPORTANT:
The parking space is suitable for small cars, so it is essential to check the access and parking space measurements indicated in the listing before booking.

The single beds are part of a trundle bed and, once opened, the available space in the bedroom becomes more limited.

One bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a trundle bed (two single beds), two bathrooms with shower, a living-dining room and an independent kitchen.
Equipment:
Fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning and central heating in all bedrooms and living room, free WiFi and TV.

Please note:

  • CHECK-IN: The accommodation has an electronic lock. IMPORTANT: Access to the apartment is not possible before the check-in time (16:00).
  • PAYMENT: When making the reservation, you must pay 30% of the total price. Four days before arrival, you will receive an email requesting the full payment of the reservation.
  • SECURITY DEPOSIT: 150€ as a security deposit for possible unforeseen incidents caused by guests during their stay.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: Check the cancellation policy in the next step, before formalizing the booking.
  • It is important to note that cleaning service is not included, and no changes of towels and sheets are made for stays of less than 7 nights. The accommodation provides clean sheets and one set of towels per person. If you wish to have additional towels during your stay, we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge (please check with the reception team upon arrival). For longer stays, we offer the following services:
    • Stays from 8 to 12 nights: You will find additional bed linen and towels in your accommodation so you can change them according to your needs
    • Stays of more than 13 nights: A cleaning team member will visit your accommodation once a week to change towels and sheets and keep your accommodation fresh and comfortable.

Conditions

For offers with flexible cancellation policies, cancellations may be made up to 5 days before arrival, any cancellation after this period will result in a penalty of NO refund of the 30% deposit charged at the time the reservation was made.

For offers with a non-refundable cancellation policy, date changes are not allowed and the cancellation of the reservation will have as a penalty 100% of the stay.

For stays longer than one month, the cancellation policy is one month.
