- CHECK-IN: The accommodation has an electronic lock. IMPORTANT: Access to the apartment is not possible before the check-in time (16:00).
- PAYMENT: When making the reservation, you must pay 30% of the total price. Four days before arrival, you will receive an email requesting the full payment of the reservation.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: 150€ as a security deposit for possible unforeseen incidents caused by guests during their stay.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Check the cancellation policy in the next step, before formalizing the booking.
- It is important to note that cleaning service is not included, and no changes of towels and sheets are made for stays of less than 7 nights. The accommodation provides clean sheets and one set of towels per person. If you wish to have additional towels during your stay, we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge (please check with the reception team upon arrival). For longer stays, we offer the following services:
- Stays from 8 to 12 nights: You will find additional bed linen and towels in your accommodation so you can change them according to your needs
- Stays of more than 13 nights: A cleaning team member will visit your accommodation once a week to change towels and sheets and keep your accommodation fresh and comfortable.
