The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and ample kitchenware. The property has 2 bedrooms with double beds and 3 with single beds, along with 3 bathrooms and a guest toilet.

Its main feature is the 150 m² solarium terrace with outdoor furniture and wonderful views of the impressive Mediterranean Sea and the elegant colonial-style houses in the area. This penthouse is located just a 5-minute walk from the sandy beach and 10 minutes by public transport or car from the city center.

The apartment is on the second floor WITHOUT an elevator.

Conditions

For offers with flexible cancellation policies, cancellations can be made up to 5 days prior to arrival, any cancellation after this period will result in a penalty of NO refund of the 30% deposit charged at the time of booking.

For offers with non-refundable cancellation policy, date changes are not allowed and the cancellation of the reservation will be penalized with 100% of the stay.

For stays longer than one month, the cancellation policy is one month.

CANCELATION POLICY

Our cancelation policy is as follows:

  • Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival
  • Cancelations made after 4 days before arrival will have 100% charge of the total stay

If you need to modify your reservation, contact us and we will not hesitate to help you.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.

Modification by the company

In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
