You will find them, and much more, in our holiday apartment ‘Sea View Deluxe Apartment,’ located in a privileged spot right next to the famous Baños del Carmen on the east coast of Malaga. Without taking your eyes off the horizon, enjoy the sea, sun, and the pleasant sea breeze.
Sea View Deluxe Apartment is a tourist apartment with sea views and a terrace, a beachy atmosphere, with an ideal space for holidays and practical decoration with a fun touch. A palette of colors and textures creates different nuances in each space, each with its own personality, functioning independently but maintaining harmony together.
The two bright living rooms have large windows that open onto a spacious terrace, creating a unique space between the interior and exterior. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (both with showers), offer privacy when needed. A small but fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and utensils and with direct access to the terrace is the perfect finishing touch to make your vacation complete.
The holiday apartment has free WiFi and air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms. The spaces, simple and Nordic in style, with touches of color and wood, prioritize comfort and let the ‘picture’ of the sea landscape framed by the large windows take center stage.
One of the highlights of the apartment is the private terrace. A large dining table, umbrellas with loungers, colorful plants, sea views… a true luxury!
The accommodation is located in the Baños del Carmen area, Pedregalejo, on the east side of Malaga. A privileged area with all services at hand, such as restaurants, bars, beach bars, supermarkets, etc. Its extensive promenade is ideal for strolling and enjoying the stunning views. The sandy beach is 5 minutes from the apartment, and the center of Malaga is 10 minutes by car, bus, taxi, or with a pleasant walk along the promenade in about 40 minutes.
Access to the accommodation is through a slope, and entry to the apartment is via a staircase. There is no parking, and the area is challenging for parking.

The accommodation is on a steep slope, and you have to climb a large staircase to access the apartment. There is no parking, and the area is challenging for parking.

CANCELATION POLICY
Our cancelation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival
- Cancelations made after 4 days before arrival will have 100% charge of the total stay
If you need to modify your reservation, contact us and we will not hesitate to help you.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
Modification by the company
In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
