Please note:
- CHECK-IN: Key collection takes place at our reception on Calle Carretería 43.
- PAYMENT: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Four days before arrival, you will receive an email requesting full payment of the reservation.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT: 150€ as a deposit for any unforeseen incidents caused by guests during their stay.
- CANCELLATION POLICY: Check the cancellation policy in the next step, before formalizing the booking.
- Please note that cleaning services are not included, and towel and linen changes are not provided for stays of less than 7 nights. The accommodation is equipped with clean sheets and one set of towels per person. If you require additional towels during your stay, we will be happy to provide them for an extra charge (please inquire with the reception team upon arrival). For longer stays, we offer the following service:
- Stays of 8 to 12 nights: Additional bed linen and towels will be provided in the accommodation for guests to change as needed.
- Stays of more than 13 nights: A member of our cleaning team will visit the accommodation once a week to change towels and bed linen, ensuring a fresh and comfortable stay.
Conditions
For offers with flexible cancellation policies, cancellations can be made up to 5 days prior to arrival, any cancellation after this period will result in a penalty of NO refund of the 30% deposit charged at the time of booking.For offers with non-refundable cancellation policy, date changes are not allowed and the cancellation of the reservation will be penalized with 100% of the stay.
For stays longer than one month, the cancellation policy is one month.
