The property has a total of 5 bedrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor has access to the terrace. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is also a dressing room and an office area. There are two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and a small terrace, and the other with a double bed. Each bedroom is decorated in a unique style with large windows that let in natural light and offer panoramic views of the surroundings. The villa also has an attic room with a trundle bed accessed by a spiral staircase. In addition to the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom, the villa has two more bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub).

Accessed by a spiral staircase, there is another bedroom with a trundle bed. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living-dining room, and a separate and equipped kitchen. There is a garage space and a private pool (from May to October).
Equipment: Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, split heating in all bedrooms and the living room, free WiFi, and TV.

Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
