It enjoys a privileged location, being 8 km from the international airport and only a five-minute drive from the town of Torremolinos, where there is a wide range of services, bars and restaurants. The beach is 3 km from the house.

CANCELATION POLICY

Our cancelation policy is as follows:

  • Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival
  • Cancelations made after 4 days before arrival will have 100% charge of the total stay

If you need to modify your reservation, contact us and we will not hesitate to help you.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.

Modification by the company

In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
