The apartment’s style immediately catches the eye. Wood dominates the entire space, unifying the atmosphere. The large metal staircase and other details contribute to an industrial style, turning the apartment into a spacious and open loft.
Upstairs, open to the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed. The small terrace is a final touch that provides a space to enjoy the sun and the pleasant climate of Malaga.
The vacation rental has 55 square meters on two levels, accommodating up to 4 people. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, a small freezer, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils and dishes. The cabinets are perfectly integrated into the space, hidden next to the stairs to make the most of the space but providing our guests with space to store clothes and luggage. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower. Everything is well-integrated, providing a functional space with style.
The tourist apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, surrounded by all the important points of interest, museums, and historical sites. In the area, there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The beach is 15 minutes away. The accommodation is on the fourth and last floor of the building, with an elevator.
Distribution: On the ground floor, there is a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, an equipped American kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a small terrace with sun loungers. Going upstairs, on the upper floor, there is a double bed.
