We are pleased to present this fabulous villa in the East Zone of Malaga, El Limonar.

A subtly transformed traditional Mediterranean villa into a modern and tranquil holiday home. The traditional style has been respected with high ceilings, large windows, and wooden doors. All of this has been complemented with modern elements such as the new kitchen and bathrooms and warm decoration with an industrial touch.

Completely renovated and equipped with every luxury detail, designed to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay, where our main goal is to make you feel at home.

Our new holiday accommodation is ideal for sharing with friends or family. In addition to the beach, which is just a minute’s walk away, the location of the house allows you to enjoy a stroll along the Paseo Marítimo Pablo Ruíz Picasso or escape to the city center, which is only 10 minutes away.

The villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining table, connected to the kitchen through a window. Upon opening the large wooden doors, we find a cozy backyard with a table to enjoy the pleasant Malaga weather. On the ground floor, there is also a guest toilet. A grand staircase leads us to the upper floor where we find three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. One bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a lovely balcony overlooking the main street.

The holiday accommodation is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities to enjoy an unforgettable stay.

The villa offers a spacious and comfortable space for up to 6 guests.

Distribution:
On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, two bedrooms with two single beds, and a separate bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a large living and dining room, a separate fully equipped kitchen, and a guest toilet. Behind the villa, there is a terrace with an outdoor dining table. There is also a laundry room.

Refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, iron, washing machine, hairdryer, air conditioning, and heating in all bedrooms and the living room, free WiFi, and TV.

Please note:

• CHECK-IN: The accommodation has a security box. IMPORTANT: Access to the apartment is not possible before the check-in time (16:00).
• PAYMENT: When making the reservation, you must pay 30% of the total price. Four days before arrival, you will receive an email requesting the full payment of the reservation.
• SECURITY DEPOSIT: 500€ as a security deposit for possible unforeseen incidents caused by guests during their stay.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Check the cancellation policy in the next step, before formalizing the reservation.
• It is important to note that cleaning service is not included, and no changes of towels and sheets are made for stays of less than 7 nights. The accommodation provides clean sheets and one set of towels per person. If you wish to have additional towels during your stay, we will be happy to provide them for an additional charge (please check with the reception team upon arrival). For longer stays, we offer the following services:
  • Stays from 8 to 12 nights: You will find additional bed linen and towels in your accommodation so you can change them according to your needs.
  • Stays of more than 13 nights: A cleaning team member will visit your accommodation once a week to change towels and sheets and keep your accommodation fresh and comfortable.
