With 70 square meters of living space and a 20-square-meter terrace, this tourist apartment in Malaga is perfect for year-round vacations.
Starting with a spacious terrace divided into two areas, the outdoor chill-out area and its dining table will surely be one of our guests’ favorite spots. In the rear part of the terrace, there is an area with sun loungers and an outdoor shower to cool off during the hot summer days. The terrace is located above the apartment and is accessed by a spiral staircase.
The apartment is distributed in a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a toilet, and a living room with an open kitchen space. The living room features colors and different textures that, together, create a pleasant space with its own personality and provide comfort. The open kitchen, with a high bar-style dining table, is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary utensils and tableware. The bedrooms, above all, seek comfort. With natural light and simple decoration in soft colors, they perfectly complement the rest of the accommodation.
The apartment is located in the historic center of Malaga, just a step away from all the important points and surrounded by businesses, restaurants, and bars. The beach is 15 minutes away. Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
