Chill & Pool Apartment by Living4malaga is a bright and cosy flat with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has an ideal location for those who don’t want to think about taking the car. Located in Torremolinos, La Carihuela, only 100 meters from the sandy beach and a promenade that offers a variety of “chiringuitos” to taste the Malaga gastronomy.

Holiday apartment is located in a quiet urbanization with tennis court and a community swimming pool (only in summer season), where you can cool off if you don’t want to go to the beach.

The vacation accommodation consists of one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed which is connected to the open plan kitchen, with all appliances and equipment available to our guests. There is a bathroom with shower and a small terrace overlooking the pool and garden.

Enjoy the beautiful surroundings, experience the authentic atmosphere of the Costa del Sol and relax in this cosy flat. Make your holiday an unforgettable memory.

CANCELATION POLICY

Our cancelation policy is as follows:

  • Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival
  • Cancelations made after 4 days before arrival will have 100% charge of the total stay

If you need to modify your reservation, contact us and we will not hesitate to help you.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.

Modification by the company

In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, on Protection of Personal Data (“LOPD”), we inform that, through the completion of forms, your personal details will be incorporated and held in the company files, with the purpose of being able to offer and provide you with our services. In addition, we inform you of the possibility to exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with regard to your personal data, the company being responsible for the file.
