The property has a total of 5 bedrooms. One bedroom on the ground floor has access to the terrace. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower en suite. There is also a dressing room and an office area. Two further bedrooms, one has two single beds and a small terrace and the other one has a double bed. Each bedroom is decorated in a unique style with large windows that let in natural light and offer panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The villa also has an attic room with a pull-out bed which is accessed by a spiral staircase. Apart from the en-suite bathroom of the master bedroom, the villa has two further bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub).

CANCELATION POLICY
Our cancelation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival
- Cancelations made after 4 days before arrival will have 100% charge of the total stay
If you need to modify your reservation, contact us and we will not hesitate to help you.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
Modification by the company
In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
