A duplex penthouse with a private terrace, very bright and completely renovated. Upon entering through a hallway, we find ourselves in a living-dining room with a sofa bed and an open kitchen. The first thing that catches the eye is the apartment’s style. Wood dominates the entire space, unifying the ambience. The large metal staircase and other details add an industrial touch, turning the apartment into a spacious and open loft.
On the upper level, open to the living room, there is a bedroom with a double bed. The small terrace is a final touch that provides a space to enjoy the sun and the good weather of Málaga.
The holiday accommodation has 55 square meters on two levels with a capacity of up to 4 people. The apartment is fully equipped. The kitchen has a fridge, a small freezer, a washing machine, a toaster, a coffee maker, and all the utensils and kitchenware. The closets are perfectly integrated into the space, hidden next to the staircase to make the most of the space, but providing our guests with enough room to store clothes and luggage. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. Everything is well integrated, providing a functional and stylish space.
The holiday accommodation is located in the heart of the historic centre, surrounded by all the important points of interest, museums and historical sites. In the area, there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and a pharmacy. The beach is 15 minutes away.
The apartment is located on the fourth and last floor of the building with an elevator.

CANCELATION POLICY
Our cancelation policy is as follows:
- Free cancellation up to 4 days before arrival
- Cancelations made after 4 days before arrival will have 100% charge of the total stay
If you need to modify your reservation, contact us and we will not hesitate to help you.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
Modification by the company
In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, on Protection of Personal Data (“LOPD”), we inform that, through the completion of forms, your personal details will be incorporated and held in the company files, with the purpose of being able to offer and provide you with our services. In addition, we inform you of the possibility to exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with regard to your personal data, the company being responsible for the file.
