The access to this holiday apartment is on the central floor where the kitchen and living room are distributed, and on the upper and lower floors, there are two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. On the lower floor, there is an Andalusian patio decorated with bougainvillaea and wooden furniture. The bathroom has independent toilets and the walls are made of exposed brick.
The apartment is located in calle Nueva Street, in the heart of the historic centre of Malaga, just a step away from all the important historical monuments and points of interest.

If you need to modify your reservation, contact us and we will not hesitate to help you.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
