We are pleased to present this fabulous villa in the East of Malaga, El Limonar.
A traditional Mediterranean villa subtly transformed into a modern and tranquil holiday home. The traditional style has been respected with high ceilings, large windows and wooden doors. All this has been complemented with modern elements such as the new kitchen and bathrooms and the warm decoration with an industrial touch.
Completely refurbished and equipped to the highest standards, designed to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay, where our main aim is to make you feel at home.
Our new holiday accommodation is ideal for sharing with friends or family. In addition to the beach which is just a minute’s walk away, the location of the house allows you to enjoy a stroll along the Pablo Ruiz Picasso promenade or escape to the town centre, which is only 10 minutes away.
The villa is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room with a dining table, connected to the kitchen through a window. When opening the large wooden doors, we find a cosy back patio with a table to enjoy the pleasant Malaga weather. On the ground floor, there is also a toilet. A large staircase leads to the upper floor where we find three bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers. One bedroom with a double bed and an “en suite” bathroom and two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a lovely balcony overlooking the main street.
The tourist accommodation is fully equipped with all the necessary comforts to enjoy an unforgettable stay.
The villa offers a spacious and comfortable space for up to 6 guests.

If you need to modify your reservation, contact us and we will not hesitate to help you.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, on Protection of Personal Data (“LOPD”), we inform that, through the completion of forms, your personal details will be incorporated and held in the company files, with the purpose of being able to offer and provide you with our services. In addition, we inform you of the possibility to exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with regard to your personal data, the company being responsible for the file.
