New insulated windows have been added to ensure that guests can relax and the apartment is decorated in light tones to ensure that guests feel comfortable.
Entering the holiday apartment, you will feel the peace and tranquillity of comfortable and cosy accommodation. All the spaces are perfectly used and decorated in an elegant and industrial style.
On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a spacious living-dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. Upstairs is the second double bedroom.
If you haven’t already been won over by this place, you will be when you discover the small balconies facing directly onto a small square.
The property has all the comforts and the best qualities, such as wifi, air conditioning/heating throughout the house and appliances such as a washing machine and dishwasher.

Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.
