This stunning 125m2 holiday apartment, completely renovated with the best qualities on the market, is located on the third floor of a historic building in the heart of Malaga. It has two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom, one of them with a free-standing bathtub and the other with a shower tray. It also has a third bathroom (also with a shower) that serves another room with a sofa bed and a very large room with a living-dining room and an open kitchen.
The kitchen is very spacious, minimalist and ultra-modern, it has a spectacular island with a ceramic hob, which hides a discreet and practical extractable hood. The kitchen merges with the living room and dining room in a modern social space, with large windows and impressive views of the Cathedral.
Very bright and with a sophisticated design, this holiday accommodation is decorated with great style and offers an incredibly large space, optimal for relaxing and resting.
Echegaray Grand Luxe is located in front of the Echegaray Theater, in the historic centre of Malaga, with its intriguing maze of streets full of museums, restaurants and cafes. Just a short walk will take you to the Muelle Uno marina and La Malagueta beach.

If you need to modify your reservation, contact us and we will not hesitate to help you.
Any cancellation or amendment request must be done sending to us in writing, by email, fax or post, and will take effect on the day we receive the request.
There will be no refunds if the client voluntarily decides to stop using the services included in the holiday before the end of his/her stay.
In case the apartment could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

In compliance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13th December, on Protection of Personal Data (“LOPD”), we inform that, through the completion of forms, your personal details will be incorporated and held in the company files, with the purpose of being able to offer and provide you with our services. In addition, we inform you of the possibility to exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition with regard to your personal data, the company being responsible for the file.
